Test and Go Package: Get your Thailand Pass Now

As you know, to enter Thailand from February 1, 2022 you will need to have Thailand Pass (Test and Go). It is a web form to which you have to upload a series of documentation and wait a few days for it to be approved. Once approved you get a QR code that you have to show in the airport before flying and once in Thailand.

It is a somewhat complicated procedure that, from Mundo Nómada Travel, we take care of doing for our travelers.

For those who only need help with this specific procedure, we have prepared the following packages that include the first 5 nights in Thailand and the Thailand Pass service. These packages are 100% customizable. In other words, if you want 2 nights in Bangkok and 3 in Chiang Mai, we can tailor-make it for you.

In case of contracting our tailor-made trips, the service of processing the Thailand Pass is included at no additional cost.

What documents will you need to send us for your Thailand Pass?

• A photo of your passport.
• Arrival and departure flights.
• Travel insurance that covers Covid (50,000 USD coverage).
• Covid vaccination certificate in English.
  • If you have had Covid and you only have one vaccine (other than Janssen, of which only one dose is accepted), you will have to send us a medical certificate stating the date you had Covid and the date on which you stopped having it. We will have to translate it into English. All WTO approved vaccines are accepted in Thailand: CoronaVac (Sinovac), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, Covishield), Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna, COVILO (Sinopharm), Janssen (Johnson & Johnson), Sputnik V, Covaxin and measure.

• Personal data such as: address, job, telephone number, emergency contact.
• You will also need a PCR 72 hours before you fly (it is not necessary to send it to us, but you must take it with you on the day of check-in at the airport).

What happens if you test positive when landing in Thailand?

If you test positive, the Thai government will force you into a 10-day confinement in a hospitel (a hotel converted into a hospital). If you are accompanying a positive you should also confine yourself to a hotel even if you are testing negative.

If you test positive, but you can prove with a medical certificate from your country that you have had Covid in the last 3 months, you won’t have to get into quarantine.
